Requirements:
S1 education, background in Architecture.
1-3 years of work experiences in the field of architecture.
Communicate well in English, both oral and written.
Understand the material and construction detail well and able to put it in the working drawings.
Have expertise in 3d modeling (Polygon / NURBS / BIM) with Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, 3ds max, Vray, Photoshop.
Have rendering capabilities.
Adept at making spreadsheets and slide presentations.
