Description

The requirement program for Central Library is to have a indoor and outdoor surrounding for the Campus IPDN Jatinangor. The site is located in a hill which have a quality view, so the design approach is focused in trying to make as many for the open space and green space for public.

The use of roof garden as a greenery and multi functioned also to reduce the big mass for green space which sterilized from the sun and heat, for the façade, we only makes holes only for lights to sneaks not to fulfilled the room with it’s bright. The center area is a library which can be accessed easily from IPDN sudents and public.

The building is pragmatically functional. The glass painted wall is and architectural expression to reduce the heat and hardly environment with its psychological warmes.
